1. Pain points in industry applications
The wood texture is loose, the pores are large, and the filling performance of conventional sealing resin is poor, resulting in pinholes and depressions in subsequent coating;
Uneven color distribution of wood (such as color difference and spots), insufficient coverage of color correction resin, and difficulty in achieving uniform coloring;
Sealing resin has poor compatibility with wood, which can easily cause deformation and cracking of the wood, and has insufficient water resistance (water absorption expansion rate ≥ 10% after soaking for 24 hours).
2. Keding customized solutions
High filling sealing technology: Developing high solid content (≥ 60%) sealing resin, effectively filling wood pores and textures, reducing subsequent coating defects, and achieving a filling rate of over 95%;
Color correction optimization: using a high coverage color paste compatible formula, combined with transparent/semi transparent systems, to achieve uniform color correction of wood, with a color difference Δ E ≤ 0.8;
Compatibility and water resistance improvement: Select resin monomers with good compatibility with wood cellulose to reduce wood deformation rate (≤ 2%) and improve water resistance, with a water absorption expansion rate of ≤ 5% (soaking for 24 hours).
