1. Pain points in industry applications
Electronic components (such as PCB boards and sensors) are susceptible to moisture, salt spray, and dust, and conventional insulation resins have insufficient protective performance, leading to short circuits and failures;
Poor dielectric properties of insulating resin (dielectric constant ≥ 4.0), affecting electronic signal transmission;
Some resins have high curing temperatures (≥ 150 ℃), which can easily damage thermal electronic components.
2. Customized solutions
Three proof performance upgrade: Develop waterproof, salt spray resistant, and dust-proof insulation resin, which has passed IP67 protection level testing and salt spray testing (5% NaCl solution) for 1000 hours without corrosion;
Dielectric performance optimization: using a low dielectric constant formula, dielectric constant ≤ 3.0 (1MHz), dielectric loss ≤ 0.005, to ensure stable transmission of electronic signals;
Low temperature curing technology: Achieve low temperature curing at 80-120 ℃ to avoid damaging the thermistor, while shortening the curing time to 30-60 minutes to improve production efficiency.
