Features

• Excellent adhesion on PET plastic substrates

• Excellent anti-stick properties

• Excellent interlayer adhesion

Application

• Single-component coating on PET film

• Single-component or composite coatings applied to flexible substrates

• UV or PU base

Solubility

KDD®MR1777G is soluble in esters, ketones, ether esters, and aromatic hydrocarbon solvents, but has limited solubility in aliphatic hydrocarbon solvents. Before use, please test the resin's stability in the solvent and assess the solvent's impact on the paint film.

Solubility

KDD®MR1777G exhibits excellent compatibility with CAB and NC.

Points to note

To achieve good adhesion on PET film, the coating film should be sufficiently thin—ideally, the dry film thickness is recommended to be below 10 µm.
