KDD® MR1796W is a water-based PET adhesion-enhancing resin modified by special monomer polymerization.

Appearance: Water-white, viscous liquid

Solvent: Propylene Glycol Methyl Ether/Ethanol/Water

Features:

• Excellent adhesion on PET film

• Mild scent

• Pigment Dispersion

 

Applications:

• Single-component water-based coating on PET film

• Self-drying water-based coating on flexible substrates

• Water-based Resin Adhesion Enhancer Modifier

 

Solubility:

KDD®MR1796W is soluble in alcohols, ether-alcohols, and deionized water. Before use, please first test the resin's stability in the solvent and assess the solvent's impact on the paint film.

Note: To achieve excellent adhesion on PET film, the coating must be applied thinly enough—recommended dry film thickness is below 10 µm.
