Product Features
• Pigment Dispersion
• The ground color paste has low viscosity and excellent flowability.
• Excellent leveling, high transparency, and good redispersibility
• Features excellent drying speed
• Stable when stored in the presence of alcohol
• Exhibits excellent compatibility with waterborne polyurethane dispersions

Application Directions
• Water-based ink with high pigment content
• Water-based plastic surface printing ink
• Water-based paper ink
• Water-based composite ink (recommended for use with polyurethane resin)
• Water-based pigment concentrate

Reference Recipe
Resin: 40
Color powder: 20
Wetting agent: 0.5–1
Dispersant: 2
Defoamer: 0.3
Alcohol: 20
Deionized water: Balance
------------------------

Total: 100

Important Notes
• When adding a diluent solvent, it is recommended to first add water and then ethanol, or to mix water and ethanol thoroughly before adding.
• In cases of higher pigment content, a portion of alcohol can be added to the ink oil to enhance the grinding efficiency of the color paste and reduce alcohol evaporation.
• If the glossiness feels less than ideal, you can add 0.5% to 1% of a high-molecular-weight dispersant to improve it.
