Reference Recipe
Recommended oil-to-powder ratio: 100:14–25
Basic Recipe
Drying conditions: Solvent evaporation. 1. Air-dry for one day; 2. Bake at 150°C to 180°C for 5–10 minutes.
Recommended flour-to-oil ratio: 100:14–25
Thinner: VA323, W-2F, W-4R
Construction methods: Screen printing, edge coating
Cleaning method: Water wash
Important Notes:
1. The drying speed, adhesion, loading capacity, and leveling properties of the above-mentioned resin binders (ink oils) can be adjusted according to customer requirements.
2. Water-based acrylic resin manufacturers recommend conducting a trial run to confirm compliance with quality standards before proceeding with mass production.
