The AD7522 is a modified polymer that can be used to enhance adhesion on oily metal substrates, performing particularly well on materials such as aluminum, stainless steel, and galvanized sheets. It also helps improve the flexibility and corrosion resistance of paint films.

Application System
1. Acrylic oil-based self-drying or baking system;
2. Polyester-based oil system;
Application Industries
Industrial coatings, heavy-duty anti-corrosion coatings, printing can coatings, and coil coatings.
Product Features
• Exhibits excellent adhesion to non-ferrous metals.
• Has minimal impact on coating glossiness.
• Remains non-yellowing under high-temperature baking and does not compromise the coating film's weather resistance.
• Can be added either before or after grinding.
• Can be directly diluted with a solvent and used as a primer.
• Non-toxic and non-deliquescent.
Addition Amount and Method
• For non-ferrous metals that are more challenging to bond, add the full amount of 5–8%.
• For general metals, add the full amount of 3–5%
• Can be added during the grinding stage or during the paint-mixing stage.
• Due to varying formulations and conditions, users are advised to conduct a test beforehand to determine the appropriate addition.
Storage
It should be stored in a cool, well-ventilated area, with containers kept tightly sealed and away from heat and ignition sources.
Packaging: 25 kg/drum.
