Q1: Is 100℃ the minimum curing temperature?

 

A1: Standard curing temperature is 100℃. Lower temperature curing at 80-90℃ can be realized by adjusting crosslinker and catalyst. Performance test is necessary before formal production.

 

Q2: Can it be diluted directly with pure water?

 

A2: Unlimited water dilution is supported. Mixed solvent with ethanol, isopropanol and BCS is recommended to stabilize viscosity and film quality. Seal storage to avoid pH value fluctuation.

 

Q3: Gloss performance and applicability for mirror electroplated surface?

 

A3: 60° gloss reaches 94.3Gs for single-component varnish. It perfectly restores metallic mirror effect. Leveling agent can further enhance surface smoothness.
