1. Dilute the ink color to make it lighter, dull, and affect the color of the printed product. If the method of increasing the ink volume is used to save the insufficient ink color, it will also cause the ink and water to be too large, making the image appear coarse, blurry, and the imprint unclear.
2. Causing ink roller to spin off. In severe cases, there will be accumulated moisture on the entire ink roller, causing the graphic and textual parts of the printing plate to not receive normal ink supply, resulting in "blurred" printing of the printing plate.
3. Affects the drying of imprints. If excessive moisture is mixed into the ink, it will inhibit the drying of water-based acrylic resin ink. In addition, the paper absorbs more moisture, resulting in a slower drying speed of the product.

4. Paper fibers absorb too much moisture, causing deformation and inaccurate printing. It can also make the paper texture loose, prone to shedding hair, and accumulate on the rubber blanket or printing plate, seriously affecting the quality of printed products.
5. The water-based acrylic resin ink undergoes emulsification, causing the ink to lose its viscosity. After ink emulsification, it cannot protect the graphics and text of the printing plate, which can easily cause "pattern" and reduce the printing plate's durability.
